in the past you introduced the new teachers in the room but they wouldn’t know who you
were.
and to ask everyone to stand up and say their name with 85-130 of us here would take at
least
a half hour (if we limited everyone to 15 seconds ... that as teachers we cant do...so

I’d like to do a welcome activity that isn’t painful

and is less than this level of intensity

what I would like us to do is this
(describe) say hello, 5 seconds rotate 2 circles get a partner
face to face 2 large circles around the room. so it’ demonstrate“Hi I’m Rob Fisher” “Hi I’m
