This document discusses TTEC's National Intern Week social media campaign to attract interns. TTEC is a 40-year-old global customer experience company. For National Intern Week, TTEC's social media team worked with their leadership development interns to create social media content and live events promoting TTEC's internship program over the course of a week instead of just one day. The campaign included Facebook Live, LinkedIn Live, and video content created by the interns. The campaign was successful in increasing TTEC's social media engagement by 40% and gaining brand awareness among candidates. Lessons learned included managing interns' schedules and developing task timelines.
