Momentum Pictures is identified as a potential UK-based distributor for the film. As a lower-budget company that also distributes larger films, they could realistically handle distribution. The film has potential for international audiences beyond the UK as it involves detectives, a universally recognizable concept. If distribution is pursued, a company could handle promotions like billboards, TV, radio, and other ads. Self-promotion is also an option with a limited budget, using social media ads, word-of-mouth, business cards, leaflets, and posters.

Our real media texts Se7en who used New Line
Cinema among others and Casino Royal who
used Columbia Pictures. These are more of a
high-end distributor companies and as we
wanted to be realistic we thought that we would
use momentum pictures as they are a UK based
company who are know to distribute low budget
movies as well as larger movies.

3. UK Or More
We believe that our film is able to reach more
audiences than just the UK as the film is based
on a detective and we did not specific anything
that only a UK audience would understand. Also
the film would be relatable to most audiences as
most people have heard of detectives and are
familiar with the concept of their work (what
they do).

4. Distribution
We could use a company to distribute our film.
They would do a various number of things like
bill board ads, TV and radio ads plus more forms
of ads.
We could also consider self promoting as we will
not have much funding to promote our film. We
can use various ways to self promote.

send out chain mail to
inform as many people
as we can.
Also handing out business card
about you and the film and we
could hand out leaflets and
posters among other things.
