Currently working as a consultant for all the “New to World” projects at the
organizational level & guiding it towards the successful implementation & delivery for the
customers.
It was an amazing opportunity to formulate the initiation of the Process Design team and
to support the establishment of a new department. Setting up its framework, defining its
KPIs and identifying the required skillset for the functionality.

autonomous driving.
The key projects I had worked upon includes:
1. Recreational Vehicle Navigation (GARMIN) *Awarded as a Best Project Q3-18*
a. Designed & managed an end to end process to deliver a critical customer
deliverable navigation system exclusive for RV & camping vehicles in
EUROPE.
b. Worked on Proof of Concept to establish all baseline KPIs.
c. Carried out Due diligence report over all aspects of the project (Required
attributes, Tools, Output format to be delivered, existing Training &
Quality material availability)
d. Successfully collaborated with Product management, Product
architecture, CME, PCO, LMO, Quality, LPD, Content operations, Data
assurance team for requirement gathering, alignment of the product
format, source availability assessment, Regional knowledge gathering,
Hours & Resource allocation planning, Quality process & training
document creation, managing execution with alignment to HERE
standards respectively.
e. Successfully delivered Knowledge Transfer (Training) to the Content
Operation & Data Assurance team for smooth execution of the process.
2. Location Intelligence Project (Off Street Parking- CTO Team)
a. Successfully transitioned the 1st phase of the project to the Content
Operation team (Extended-Nav) thereof delivering a machine learning
input data to CTO (Chief Technical Officer) team.
b. Worked on Proof of concept to establish the baseline metrics, Quality
process, Tool Latency test & all the required KPIs.
c. Collaborated with LPD & Quality team to create & develop Training
material, SOP & Quality process by carrying out Process FMEA as per the
HERE standards.
3. Lighthouse- Variable speed limit (BMW)
a. Successfully completed the quality assessment of BMW sensor (Variable
speed limit) data in collaboration with Continuous Vehicle Service (CVS)
team to establish the accuracy of sensor data.
4. Lighthouse- Physical Divider (BMW), 2DFP
a. Supported respective Project Leads (Colleagues) for successful execution
& delivery of their projects.
5. Lighthouse-Traffic Sign Recognition (BMW)
a. Designed an end to end process to verify the quality of the BMW sensor
(Speed Limit) data to improve the algorithm to build the Lighthouse Tool.
b. Collaborated with Continuous Vehicle Service (CVS), Quality & all the
concerned stakeholders to assess & develop the process.
c. Successfully improved 2 algorithms with a newly developed process for
the 1st delivery of a Lighthouse Tool.
