2. American Express has a very wide, complex and smart architecture for servicing the corporate & consumer
credit card operations. Quality management services is a independent portfolio of AMEX to ensure all
corporate card’s technology services/platforms are rolled out to production with topnotch quality.
The portfolio have 2 QA directors, 6 QAMs, 75 Test managers and around 200 team members who will be
continuously engaged for QA activities for more than 150 projects at a time.
Role : Quality Assurance Manager
In-charge for implementing DevOps from a QA perspective in more than 30 projects and manages
60 team members under five Application directors and two QA directors in the Global Corporate
Services platform of American Express.
Apply tooling and process solutions to achieve advance agile capabilities in AMEX corporate card

American Express corporate cards servicing portal ‘@work’ is transformed into a next generation experience
by enhancing every card operations to be a real-time update from batch process, implementing RWD
compatible with various Devices and browsers, introducing Alerts and big data search option for card
members for various use cases . The project has technical dependency with more than 10 backend
systems/applications and the entire program is driven in Agile methodology.

3. Role : End to end Test Manager
Responsible for the End to End test management of a complex agile project that has development
and testing impact over more than 10 interdependent systems/applications.
Participated in scrum meetings to gather user story details from product owners to capture it as a
product backlog.
Conducted story pointing meetings in scrum room to determine the complexity of each user stories.
Played the role of scrum master for a work stream by conducting meetings for sprint planning, story

A/R systems across multiple markets across the globe. Pegasus project was multiyear migration AR migration
project from various markets into one single AR system which is Globe-star. I handled E2E testing and
management of Global Online Program Management (GOPM) for the first market as Mexico.
