This document discusses three potential education solutions for Haiti: early childhood education, aiming for learning outcomes through targeted teaching, and conditional cash transfers for secondary school attendance. For early childhood education, the costs of a two-year program targeting 50% of 4-5 year olds is estimated at $102 million, with benefit-cost ratios ranging from 2.6 to 24.7 depending on the discount rate. Targeting learning outcomes through supplementary teaching of 870,000 primary students could cost $87 million annually with benefit-cost ratios of 1.6 to 12.2. Finally, conditional cash transfers of $121 per year for 475,000 secondary students costs an estimated $17 million with benefit-cost ratios of
