• 12 People that were asked said that they are
Male. This is around 70.6% of the total
amount asked.
• 5 People said that they are Female. This is
29.4% of the whole group asked.
• In total 17 people were asked.
• We felt this question was suitable as it gave us
a rough idea of what each gender likes.

3. Question 2) How old are you?
• 3 People said that they are 12-15 years old.
This is 17.7% of the total people asked.
• 10 people said that they are 16-18 years old.
This is 58.8% of the total people asked.
• 4 people said that they are above the age of
18. This is 23.5% of the total amount asked.
• We felt this question was good because it
allows us to see what people of different ages
like.

films?
• 2 People said they watch films daily. This is 11% of the
total group asked.
• 6 People said they watch films weekly. This is 32% of
the total group asked.
• 5 people said that they watch films fortnightly. This is
29% of the total group asked.

monthly. This is 23% of the total group asked.
• 1 Person said that they don’t watch films. This is 5% of
the total group asked.
• This is because it is important to know how many
people actually enjoy watching films.

• This is important to us as it gives us an idea on what
are the favorite film genres of our target audience.

• This shows us that action films are quite a
common genre and would be good to target
this as our defined genre.

• 15 People said yes ( 90% )
• 2 people said no ( 10% )
• This shows us that the majority of people are
likely to go and watch a new action film which
would be good news as we now know that the
genre we have chosen is going to be a popular
one.

8. Question 11) Do you like animation?
• 13 People said that they like animation in films
this is 76.47% of the total group.
• 4 people said they don’t like animation in
films. This is 23.53% of the total group asked.
• This tells us that we should include some
animation in our film but not a lot because
not everybody enjoys it. We will probably use
it for the gun and some sound effects.

9. Question 13) Do you think music
works in films creating atmosphere
and tension when needed?
• 16 people said yes which means 94.12% prefer
music in films.
• 1 person said no which means that 5.88%
percent think it wont work.
• This means we will have music in our film as
most people think it works.

10. In conclusion
• In conclusion there is an audience for my style
of film, shown by the number of people who
watch action. While there is a bigger market
for a horror-comedy, my film is a darker action
and presumably with it being an action it will
include some comedy but not enough to class
it as a comedy. Use of animation will come
with editing in which people said they enjoy in
a film and good music will be used to get the
emotions across I want to convey.
