We used the questionnaire to find out more
about our target audience. By asking what
age of the people completing the
questionnaire we were able to find out
what age range we are focusing on as
they enjoy the conventions of the genre. By
asking questions which enabled them to
give their own views this allowed us to focus
more on these ideas because they are
from the target audience.
The links between the correlation of
answers is that they all believe that
the storyline in the video is key
because that is one of the main
attractions for the audience. They
also said that the video needs to be
appealing to both genders so that it
enables a wider target audience.
By collecting these results this allows us focus
on a narrative style of music video as it has
proved from our results to be the most popular
answer. Even though the answers showed that
the audience would like to see both genders
in the video we have chosen to go against
this because our song focuses mainly on
females. Also, where we are all females in our
group it is much easier to organise and film as
we don’t have to depend on anyone else out
of the group. Even though there are only
females in the video we will still make it
appealing to bot genders.

Also, where we are all females in our group it is much easier to organise and film as we don’t have to depend on anyone else out of the group. Even though there are only females in the video we will still make it appealing to bot genders.
