2. What is the reason of choosing Restaurant business?
=Previously their were not much restaurant in that area so they found very good
opportunity.
3. Other than restaurant Business how many other business you are working in.?
=They are working in Hotel department also.
4. Who was the first family member to start this business?
=Grandfather
5. Why are you dealing only in Veg food items why not non veg?
=They belong to Bharaman Family and they itself dont eat non veg.
6. What types of people the company wants to hire and retain?
=Those who have already worked in any restaurant or have any previous
experience in any cafe or done hotel management course.
7. How do you deal with Low standard good you got from supplier?
=They usually don’t face this condition or situation but only once they face this
problem in that case they didn’t pay the full amount and change their supplier.
8.What parts would you find most difficult in your business?
=A situation arise many time when there are more than 4 customer waiting to get
in the restaurant and restaurant is already full at that time they face lots of
problem.
9.What do you see as challenges and who are your tough competitors?
=Challenges is Non Veg restaurant and the taste or trend which is be developed
among people about the Non veg food

motive ?
=Customer satisfaction.

=Yes they have added new items but the old items are still their

= Yes they have plans for future and they are also in contract to VIT for starting
they branch in VIT also.

=They haven’t decided Yet
