First at all, give thanks for God’s love and grace for us. Thanks to God for helping
us and give us a chance to finish this assignment timely. And we would like to say thank
you to our lecturer Yudhitia Wimeina as the lecturer of Operation Management that
always teaches us and give much knowledge about Operation Management.
This assignment is the one of Operation Management task that relate with
measuring employees performances in the company.
We are realized this assignment is not perfect. But I hope it can be useful for us.

A. BACKROUND
Nowadays, the product and services is the one of crucial in Operation
Management that used in daily activities in marketing. the effective performance
of employee can be determined the good performance for the company. So in
this area, the measurement is needed then it useful to know that the changing of
performance day to day. Because as a human the performance always not stable,
it can be defined as the performance sometimes in the high and low situation. It
can be a reason whay the company measure the employee’s performance
regularly.
