Me and my group used various new media technologies in the construction, research, planning and evaluation of our music video project. For construction, we used a digital camera to take photos and a video camera to film footage. A tripod was used to keep the video footage steady. Computer software like InDesign was used to create the digipack and magazine cover, while Final Cut Pro was used to edit the music video. During research and planning, we searched online sources and used software to gather information on music video theories and conventions. Mobile phones, email and social media allowed us to communicate with each other and our artist.

3. Camera
Construction: Me and my group have used a
digital still camera take pictures for our digipack
and magazine advert cover. As well as a video
camera to film footage for our video.
Tripod: whilst filming our music video my group
used a tripod to make our footage steady.
Lights: we have used light to create different
moods as low key lighting for a sad mood.

• Research and planning: I have used several different
software's in a computer such as the internet and
Microsoft, gain and produce information about the
different theories and the conventions of a music video
. I have done this both at college and at home.
• Construction: I have used the software indesign, to
create my digipack and magazine cover, this was
installed in a computer. We have also used the
software final cut pro to edit our music video.
• Evaluation: within the process of doing my evolution
we have used publisher and the internet.

5. Mobile phone
• We have used a mobile phone to
communicate with my team members,
through text and phone calls.

• Evaluation: I have used a scanner to scan in
my storyboard and treatment.

• I have used wordpress to blog about my media
coursework and upload all of my work.

10. Twitter
• My and my group have used twitter to keep in
contact with one another and also our artist.

11. Prezi
• I have used prezi to create some of my
evaluation questions.

12. Final cut pro
• Me and my group have used final cut pro to
put together the footage we had for our music
video and to also edit it.

13. InDesign
• Construction: I have used wordpress to create
my magazine advert and digipack.
