The student learned several new skills while progressing from the preliminary task to the final product of creating a blog. They became more proficient with software like Photoshop, InDesign, and Prezi. Having a more detailed plan led to better results. The student also feels they developed a deeper understanding of how media institutions work through this process.

2. What I have learnt from the making of
the blog.
When we started the research and planning I had never used any of the sites we use now expect the defaults
like PowerPoint and Word. We started using software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Prezi and many more
websites.
Using all these software’s I feel like a have developed a lot more skill with them and feel like they are even
more useful than they was. I think I’m a lot more efficient using them and could easily teach someone how to
use it.
I feel like at the start my plan wasn’t very detailed which was why it was harder because of the less detail. Once
I started planning my answers and plans more accordingly I feel I got better answers and results.
Finally I thought I had a detailed understanding of the media institution and how it worked and what was good
and what was bad.

3. Construction
This was my first magazine. This was
the final one which I done and I
thought it went very well. Also you
can see this is one of my first
attempts because I didn’t know how
to do everything and work it
properly. You can tell this was one of
the first because there is not a lot of
detail.
This is my final Music magazine
which as you can tell is a lot different
and a lot more detail which you can
see. I've used a lot more detail in
this one and you can see this. Its also
well thought out and a better
detailed plan which makes it better.
I have used a lot more techniques
in this magazine to the left
compared to the left one because
I knew the software better and
was more efficient with doing the
final magazine. Also because the
longer I was on it the more I was
picking up.

4. Overall I knew what I was
doing by being on it more so I
had more experience and I
could figure out easier what
to do and what to use. I had a
very good understanding of all
the software's and websites
that we had to use so made it
easier to do.
