For the full magazine product, the student felt they developed new skills in photo editing tools and layout techniques for the cover in Photoshop. They also explored using InDesign for the contents page instead of Photoshop to make it more suitable for the music genre. For the double page spread, the student used InDesign since it was text-based and allowed more text formatting options. In completing the magazine, the student learned how to embed presentations in Blogger, use new software like InDesign, and what content different music magazines typically include or exclude.

2. Front cover
For both of my front covers I used photo shop to complete
them I feel I have developed my skills I photo shop by using
different effects on pictures and using different tools to edit
my images on my magazine.
I also feel like I have gained knowledge in how to layout a
magazine and what to include on the cover in order to attract
the desired audience.

3. Contents page
For my contents page in the preliminary task I did it in In
Design but for the main task I did it in photo shop, I did this
because I wanted to explore what I could use that would be
different and better my magazine for the music genre. I feel
like I was successful in using this software instead of the
originally practiced one. I believe tis because I think it looks
professional.

4. Double page spread
The double page spread I produced was the first one I have
had to do so I decided to do it in In Design because it was
text based and it has more options for text editing and
formats on that software. I think I was successful in using
this software because, although it was new to me, I explored
it the best I could and used new features such as drop cap.

To conclude I think that I was successful in completing my
magazine because it all look professional and I have taken
away new skills such as how to embed presentations on to
blogger, use new software such and Design and I have
learned what different music magazines do and do not
