Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. This talk will present strategies and techniques for providing visibility into the true risk of the existing vulnerabilities, preventing the introduction of security issues in the software, resolving vulnerabilities in production environments quickly, and capturing the deployment bill of materials (DBOM).

1. Evaluation 7- Looking back at your preliminary task (the school magazine
task), what do you feel you have learnt from the progression of it to the
main task?
2. I think my skills have developed from doing my prelim to my main piece, I am working the
software needed to create these much better and using it quickly, and not asking for any help
with it. But making my prelim was rather easy, all I had to do was decide how I wanted my
magazine to look, then produce the flat plans, then produce the final product. Whereas the
final product was much more difficult , I went through many stages of research to get this
looking as professional as I could possibly get it.
When you look at the two flat plans together it is easy to see which is the better and more
clearer one. Which is obviously the final product.

3. I didn’t research the fonts for my Print Prelim work but I researched the fonts for my Final
Product. I researched a range of different fonts and colours that I have seen in other magazines
so I could figure out what would look good in mine.
4. I researched into the costumes and make-ups I wanted for my models in my magazine. I also
inserted them into my blog.
5. You can see very clearly when I compare the two of the products together which one is clearly
better which is my final product, because by the time I got onto making my final product I was
much more experienced with the software and hardware I needed to use to create it.
