This document contains the results of a survey with 150 participants (75 male and 75 female) about health, diet, exercise and obesity in Brunei. It includes data on the participants' age groups, BMI categories, views on obesity as a health risk, fast food and junk food consumption, preferred foods, family history of obesity, exercise habits, types of exercise and views on the best ways to reduce obesity and reasons for difficulty losing weight. The data is broken down by gender.
