SOLUTION<br />Control on your diet. Replace oily foods with steam or boiled food.<br />Parents should be concern of their children’s health especially in terms of what they eat. Encourage them to eat healthy food.<br />Encourage the children to involved in outdoor activities. Organized sports like running, hiking, cycling etc<br />Self discipline.<br />For the obese people, it is best for them to get a personal trainer to lose weight in workouts.<br />
