  4. 4. WHAT IS OBESITY?<br /><ul><li>Obesity is a medical condition in which excess body fat has accumulated to the extent that it may have an adverse effect on health, leading to reduced life expectancy and/or increased health problems.

  12. 12. SOLUTION<br />Control on your diet. Replace oily foods with steam or boiled food.<br />Parents should be concern of their children’s health especially in terms of what they eat. Encourage them to eat healthy food.<br />Encourage the children to involved in outdoor activities. Organized sports like running, hiking, cycling etc<br />Self discipline.<br />For the obese people, it is best for them to get a personal trainer to lose weight in workouts.<br />
