would be mainly due to it being one of the main
publishers of film reviews and one that gets the newest
films, weather small or big, to review first. The magazines
also is one of the most wide varied genre of film
reviewers, having thriller along with all the over film
types. It also gives a none biased opinion/ review of the
film giving a fair view to the reader about the film and
how good it betrays its genre. In its review it also gives a
short description of the film and then gives it a rating
allowing the view to see what films are good or not. This
would be appropriate for our film because it allows the
reader to get the detail they need to determine whether
the film is worth watching or not even if they weren’t i
knowledge about the films exists.

Requiem
On a dark setting and gripping atmosphere this film sets some new heights for modern thrillers. As I
sat down to watch this straight away I was hit with confusion and a little fear. As the sad story of a
man who had lost his friend to unknown killer’s sets out to find them after the case went cold some
time ago. This film just gets darker and darker as you are on the verge of falling off your seat. Now to
the more technical side of this film. The lighting is just looming. Shadows are dashed across the
scene leaving an eerie atmosphere adding to the thriller feel. The camera work was well thought out
and well placed and the actor seemed to live the piece. If you’re a thriller fan like me i would do
watch this now...WHAT ARE YOU WAIT FOR. It has its twist ending and something that will leave you
thinking about it even a week after you have watch it. I would highly recommended watching
Requiem as it left me with a real spooked day after watching it.
