5. CONTINGENCY
PLAN
• When embracing a new and unproven methodology a
contingency plan worked out well as the sponsor of resource
utilization and replacement
• The entire funding arrangement was sponsored in a reserve and
with resource utilization an earn-back was gained internally that
replaced the spending from the funding contingency. This ensured
that enough money would be maintained in the program to
purchase new assets going forward.
• Earn-back is gained from profitability arrangements such as
leasing, production of short-sell items and project subscriptions
• The assets should be visually inspected and it must be at least
annually determined if any are impaired or obsolete due to age or
technology. It should also be determined if they should go into
capital planning replacement.
• Taxes where applicable, including license fees and appliance
commitments should be pooled in a reserve with adequate
working capital to sponsor the monthly spending plan, which
should embrace capital planning from the contingency reserve,
drawn down.

11. TIME AND MOTION
SPENDING is important in time and motion
because the efficiency of the way time is utilized
comes to bear on the performance in terms of
both quality and cost. It also proves to be
dynamic in timing of conversion and in the scope
of the project. The dynamic of spending is

MATERIAL and a new series method of
programming in arrays.
• Working with series in number theory and

technique but this is both the reason that the

motivation can be more fluent.
• This method of series programming would
allow INSTANCES (work events) and
DISTRIBUTIONS (foil arrangements) to
develop new materials in a spatial structure

A Green Economy is a new energy based paradigm shift in the
mode and means to generate a production for a technologically
advanced civilization. It requires wireless energy transfer and
communications as well as the knowledge to produce advanced
goods and services that meet that spectrum. This includes green
materials that require Instances and Distributions to composite at
extremely high rates of speed and complex lattice specifications.
The Quantum requirement places a new burden on rapid training
and acceleration into the workforce. Agile teams will sponsor
