This document discusses design thinking as a framework for user-driven innovation in libraries. It provides an overview of the design thinking process, which involves defining problems through user research, analyzing findings to develop user personas and insights, designing solutions through prototyping, and testing designs. The document also describes a case study where design thinking was used to plan a relaxation space in a university library, as well as workshops held in Czech libraries to determine if design thinking is useful for driving innovation.
