The Solutions There are different ways to solve the psychological abuse: 1 st : The victim must be able to ask for help or the victim’s neighbors or friends should be able to see that something is wrong, and see what's going wrong. 2 nd :The victim has to establish a mental stability because of the previous abuse going to therapy centers or psychologist . If the offender also must attend counseling centers or psychologist, but it depends on the judge's ruling
