Continuous integration / deployment can be a daunting task. Especially if you are a team of one, or one among a small team. TeamCity is "continuous integration for everyone" It's a self hosted CI build server that is highly customizable for just about any project. I've built RocketFuel's CI/CD system on a spare box with TeamCity and customized it to handle legacy PHP applications and modern framework based projects. We'll cover install and configuration and all of the flexibility of setting up projects at that build, test, report errors, and trigger deployments for various application scenarios.

Automated Release Pipelines with Azure DevOps
What's DevOps and how do you make it work using Microsoft’s Azure DevOps service? At its core, DevOps is about automating every last thing that you can possibly automate between development and production. Basically, automate away all the annoying & tedious stuff that distracts you from being able to quickly and easily deliver done, working software.
This session will be a mix of the practical (75%) and the theoretical (25%). We'll start by talking about the DevOps mindset and why you should even care about DevOps. From there, we'll dive in to the skills and practices you'll need in order to implement an automated, multi-environment DevOps pipeline using Azure DevOps.
The demo will to take an existing ASP.NET Core application with automated tests, commit it to Git, create automated builds, and an automated release pipeline that'll take the application from development to test to production.

Looking at the Vue
Robert recently completed a large scale project using Vue.js, TypeScript, MobX and other terms to make this very high on Google rankings. Now it is the time for the retrospective, what went well and what did not. This talk is about the front end only and is light on demos, with the focus being on the real system which was built. When you leave, you will have a set of new architectures you can apply to your next web project, regardless if it is Vue, React or Angular.

Agile lessons learned in the Microsoft ALM Rangers

A data warehouse is a central relational database that contains all measurements about a business or an organisation.
