requirements and try to align his competencies in
accordance with its required counterparts

1. Most Practical Idea: Mr. X needs to attain a lot of
knowledge about various industries which is relevant
to his stream of engineering, and then decide which
industry will be good for him as per his strength and
weaknesses. Once he decides that industry he
should equip himself with the various competencies
which is being required by that industry to make
himself a good employee material.
2. Favorite Idea: Mr. X needs to strive for a number of
live projects in the industry through which he will be
able to link his theoretical knowledge with the
practical requirements of the industry. He will come
to know how the knowledge is getting implemented.
