Stakeholder: a 22-year old Public Relations graduate , a talkative, organized and
reliable person.
The graduate needs a way of tackling with the drawbacks of his current
employment status because of the shortcomings he faces after having to choose
a random job to support himself through university and being faced with the lack
of flexibility of certain companies.

6. I was able to observe first hand the stakeholder and his roommate testing the
prototype. Coming from different sized cities they each made a series of calls
to professionals in their home cities to understand the coordinates given :
availability, selection, budget.
What worked:
1.The prototype put things into
perspective for the stakeholder, making
him understand the practical necessities
behind the initial idea.
2. In his conversations he established a
connection with a few of the life coaches
and realized the potential of this
solution in helping his transition.
What could be improved:
1.Planning: set the budget, decide on the
logistical aspect ( distance home-work-
life coach’s office)
2. Have a couple of initial meetings with
different life coaches to choose the one
you best connect with.

IDEAS:

7. Reflections:
What I’ve learned after testing the prototype:
The stakeholder should be at the heart of any solution you
come up with & throughout the entire ideation-prototyping
and testing process, one should always keep in mind his
needs , lifestyle , requirements.
What you would do next if you were to continue working
on the project:
Given the fact that life coaching is a relatively new
profession I would continue the research into its benefits,
reassess the impact it could have on the stakeholder,
organize a series of steps before choosing one and finally
“get down to business”.
