because academics and skills alone are not sufficient in ensuring a good first job experience.
IDEATE SELECTION (Revised)
A required Workplace-Laboratory Class for all graduating students
with the purpose of creating a close-to-reality workplace environment
and where students will experience professionalism early on

PHASE 1: Enrolling for the Subject (which can be a Sample Company Name)
is via Submitting Resume and Job-Interview Type.

PHASE 2: Classroom Set Up is WorkStation, and Teacher will be called Boss.
Students will be on probation for first weeks.
They will be given different menial tasks and be under supervisors.

a.What I learned by testing the prototype?
- Just as one big idea can be dissected into fifty and more threads,
so can a lot of details can still point to its one goal
– that is, the pursuit of empathy
b. What I would do next if I were to continue working on the project.
- connect with representatives from the College, the graduating students,
and the HR’s of companies to provide more input to the proposal of
this recommendation

to fulfilling every need
