2. Photograph The first prop that will be used in my music
video are a set of books. These books will
be school books to represent that my main
characters are in a school library and this
is where they meet. The prop is used in
my sequence to almost spark the romance
between my two main characters and the
way that it does this is because Henry will
‘accidently’ knock the books out of Ellie’s
hands so that he can talk to her and meet
her for the first time properly. This means
that this prop is really important because
without the books my two main characters
would not have met each other. This prop
will be seen for the first twenty seconds of
the music video but you will then also see
them at the end of the music video as the
library scenes are shown again as a
memory that glitches.
3. Photograph Ellie will also be carrying a black
backpack and this is because
everyone always carries a bag with
them when they're at school and
that is the first location that she is
seen. She will also be wearing this
during the park scene and the
reason for this is because girls
normally always carry a bag with
them and this is seen as the norm
so that they can have their purse,
brush, makeup in the bag. This
bag is also relatable as Vans are in
fashion and teenagers are seen
using this backpack and will
therefore find it relatable.
4. Photograph Henry will have a backpack in the
music video as when we are first
introduced to him it is at a school
library and therefore because of
that he will have a bag with him as
this will make the scene more
believable and will set the scene
more. Superdry is also popular
which means that people will be
able to relate to this as other
males will have a similar bag.
5. IPhone 6 Another prop that will be seen in
the music video is an IPhone 6.
The reason for this is because
Iphone’s are currently in fashion
and almost every teenagers has
one. Therefore I know that this
prop will be relatable because all
teenagers always carry a phone
on them so that they can text and
go on social media. Therefore
they will be able to connect with
the main characters and
understand why they have one.
