Josh Folgado proposes a project management methodology using Prince2/PM2 for project management, TOGAF for process and documentation standards, and the Zachman Framework. The methodology includes initiation, execution, and closure phases. During each phase, the Zachman Framework is used to gather specific information about the project from different perspectives. A Transformation Governance Log (TGL) document is used to keep all project information in one place throughout the project lifecycle. Feedback is sought on refining the methodology.
