Program Manager for TRUST (Critical Watch) program. TRUST is a short term (90 days) XO program to make every effort to win back customer's TRUST in XO. Customer is inducted to the TRUST program when they are unsatisfied with XO services due to reasons such as chronic problems, perceptions of unresponsiveness or distrust of XO's services, and where the customer is getting ready to exit their contract and leave XO. TRUST program is unique because it treats an operational issue as a project thus allowing full concentration of effort into resolving customer's issue.
