The Project Resource Planning report allows users to view all active projects within a selected timeframe and see how project engineers' hours are scheduled across projects on a weekly basis. The report provides high-level schedules for each engineer and project, and users can click on hour links to see detail schedules or use filters to view schedules by date range, engineer, company, or project status. Help resources are also listed at the bottom for support.

2. Purpose/Background
• Shows Project Hours scheduled for each:
– Project
– Engineer
• Allows you to fully utilize your project engineers
and allocate scheduled hours across all projects
as appropriate.

3. Notes
• This report shows ALL projects that are
“active” (i.e. have been opened but not yet
closed) during the selected timeframe.
• Projects with NO time scheduled during the
selected timeframe appear at the top of the
list.
