GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR TEAM MEMBERS
STYLISH & SUPPORTING MATERIAL
Our material supporting the learning experiences is recently adapted to the current norms for educational
material and has a fresh and dynamic appearance, inline with modern pedagogic concepts. The material is very
visual to make concepts stick better (1 image says more than 1,000 words!).
“STORY-TELLING”
An important but often under-used pedagogical technique is “story-telling”. It is however proven that people
become more attentive when (real-life experience) stories are shared rather than hearing theoretical concepts
being explained. Our learning experiences are full of stories which are directly taken from real project experiences.
DIVERSIFIED APPROACH
Our learning experiences do not make use of a linear and undiversified approach where solely “ex-cathedra”
lecturing is provided. The time of the learning experiences is on average spread as follows: 40% exercises, 25%
knowledge sharing amongst participants, 20% story telling and 15% introduction of theoretical concepts.

“AGILE” LEARNING
Our coach always implements the “Agile” learning principle. This implies that, to a certain extent and when
relevant, the training scenario can be modified -“à la minute”- to the specific needs, concerns and questions of
the participants. As such, the learning experience is continuously tailored to the participants, making the
content as relevant as possible..
NO SINGLE DULL MOMENT!
By making use of different multimedia, such as video clips, but also the use of polling software to organize group
discussion as well as participative presentations, there is no room for a single dull moment or boredom. The
engagement of the participants is crucial for a successful learning and is therefore an attention point for our
coaches.
