PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Since Jun’07 with Petrochem Middle East (India) Pvt. Ltd. as Sales Coordinator
I have been applying for export permission with complete set of docs and liaising with CHA for Shipping Bill. I
had been liaising with Shipping line for availabilities of tanks, vessel name along with coordinating with
Surveyor to survey tanks than plan proper shipment as per due date in LC. I have been liaising with terminal for
stickers availability, filling of tanks and coordinating with transporter, shipping line for proper filling. I had
prepared DG for CHA for any port clearance and liaising with CHA for entire export documentation – Shipping
bill, Export promotion and Short Shipment. I had been preparing docs as per LC like Invoice, BL approval /
Confirmation, Packing list, COA apply for Bank Guarantee to release goods, apply for insurance etc and send
the same to back as per LC terms. I maintained records for all export and preparing costing for exports. I have
provided purchase orders to customer and calling for bond docs, BE and MSDS. I have prepared bond docs for
clearance, liaising with CHA and arranging for PDC to call for Delivery Order. Executing order confirmation of
order including order allocation for stock purpose. I had been liaising with logistic for making timely
arrangements of material to parties with related to all types of sales. Coordinated for Lifting of material,
Pending order and queries of address.
2. Jun’00 – May’07 with Adani Enterprises Ltd. as Designation
I had been handling general and cooperate clients such as overseas suppliers and local buyers brokers. I have
fixed appointments, scheduled meetings, Conferences and Agendas. I had been performing registration in
International Conference such as EPCA and GPCA. I have arranged all travel plans for both domestic &
international including Visas, ticketing, hotels, Itineraries, Passport revalidation, Foreign Currency. I had took
Minutes of meeting, messages and maintaining all confidential files along with arranging extracurricular
activities like Programs, Parties and Picnic. I have been sending offers with related to chemicals, Sales Contract
along with handling documentation like Indent L/C, amendments, Vessel Nomination, Bill of Entry, Advance
Licence, bond transfer documents & updating information to the Heads. I had maintained agreements related
to tankages, making permission letter with regards to custom & excise for export & Import of Chemicals.,
