Product _Book on the knowledge I learned from working out in and outside the gym and also
eating healthy

 Every Tuesday and
Thursday from 6:30 to    Commentary:
7:30 for 8 weeks         While starting out with my TRX
                         training, I came by several things I did
                         not know. 1) I was really out of shape
                         when I thought I was in shape and 2)
                         Its going to take me a little bit to get
                         used to this training. Not being so
                         familiar with all the different moves,
                         techniques, and exercises TRX training
                         consists of, I had trouble grasping how
                         all these small movements can
                         tremendously help my body. The very
                         next day, I was so sore from my
                         workout that I knew that this program
                         was going to get me in shape. In this
                         class, we did several arms, shoulders,
                         biceps, abs, calves, lower body, and
                         glutes. I never knew that all of these
                         parts of our body could be targeted in
                         one class period. I saw other people
                         wearing handle gym gloves and
                         wanted to get a pair. The class for eight
                         weeks is 100 dollars, which is high but
                         I knew my health was more important
                         then the other things I would have
                         spent my money on.

Every Tuesday and
Thursday from 6:30 to
7:30 for 8 weeks
                        Commentary:
                        I the second eight weeks of my TRX
                        training, all the movements came to
                        me a lot easier. I was also very familiar
                        with the exercises so I was able to
                        perfect them and have better form.
                        Each class, I did find problems with
                        my shoulders however when I have to
                        do planks which target my abs.
                        However, these planks were putting a
                        lot of strain on my wrists and
                        shoulders so I knew I had to
                        strengthen those parts of my body. I
                        also tried to challenge myself more in
                        this second eight weeks period by
                        doing moves more at an angle and
                        holding certain positions for a longer
                        period of time. Although the cost for
                        the class is high at 100 dollars for eight
                        weeks, I was willing to pay my money
                        towards this instead for medicine for
                        being sick or unhealthy.

             Commentary:
             Jeri Sue, my mother, and I all went
             shopping for ways to put all the
             information I have learned and will
             learn for my training in TRX and
             RIPPED. We chose to do a short
             information book on all different
             moves in each section of RIPPED, TRX,
             and also add facts about food and
             nutrition into the book because that
             plays a major role in your health also.
             We found that in order to put together
             a book, I need to gather information,
             set up the power point, and then we
             place it into a book at Kinko’s. This is
             not very expensive, and is a reasonable
             price for my product.

               Commentary:
               When I first started really paying attention
               to the nutrition in my food, I realized the
               changes at I needed to make. At Harry’s,
               we invested a lot of money into our food.
               “Our” being my mother and me. We
               found that eating truly healthy and
               shopping at markets is a lot more
               expensive then regular grocery stores. At
               this point, my mom and I figured out the
               budget for our food. We needed to save a
               certain amount of money each time we
               both got our paychecks for this annual
               grocery trip. It was a sacrifice that we
               were both willing to make. We got the list
               of foods, grains, and drinks from several
               sources. One being my brother who is a
               nutritionist. Second, from Jeri Sue, and
               also from nutritionists that work at the
               Harry’s.

                          Commentary:
                          When I attended my first RIPPED class, I
                          knew that I was going to be winded by the
                          end of the period. Two guys that were
                          both published in, Body Builder magazine
                          invented this class. They are from personal
                          trainers out in California and were also
                          music producers, so I was very motivated
                          to take the class. Each section was a little
                          difficult for me in my first class but I was
                          able to finish. Resistance, Interval, Power,
                          Pliametrix, Endurance, and Diet are each
                          part to the RIPPED exercise. To me, the
                          hardest is Power because it takes a lot of
                          upper body strength. I found that my
                          favorite part is the Endurance part because
                          there is a lot of boxing involved. I also
                          loved that at the end of the class, Jeri Sue
                          gave everybody in the class facts about
                          diet that can help with your cholesterol,
                          heart rate, energy level, and other
                          nutritional facts.

             Commentary:
             During this time period, Jeri Sue and I
             talked a lot about nutrition and health. She
             has just started being apart of the
             RVLUTION Venice Diet team. She was
             telling me all about how I could become a
             seller and nutritionist with this program.
             Mark Mcdonald, who is Chelsea Lately’s
             nutritionist is the leader of this program
             and her team. We talked about the foods
             and drinks in my book. We also took
             pictures of TRX training outside, hooking
             the rope to a tree. The pictures turned out
             great and fit perfectly into my food and
             exercise diary.

Product Work Log Name Laura Koch Date April 12, 2012 Product _Book on the knowledge I learned from working out in and outside the gym and also eating healthy Date/Time: Activity: TRX Training at the YMCA with Comment/Suggestions: 8/23/11-10/13/11 Jeri Sue Simon and Lynn. Every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 to Commentary: 7:30 for 8 weeks While starting out with my TRX training, I came by several things I did not know. 1) I was really out of shape when I thought I was in shape and 2) Its going to take me a little bit to get used to this training. Not being so familiar with all the different moves, techniques, and exercises TRX training consists of, I had trouble grasping how all these small movements can tremendously help my body. The very next day, I was so sore from my workout that I knew that this program was going to get me in shape. In this class, we did several arms, shoulders, biceps, abs, calves, lower body, and glutes. I never knew that all of these parts of our body could be targeted in one class period. I saw other people wearing handle gym gloves and wanted to get a pair. The class for eight weeks is 100 dollars, which is high but I knew my health was more important then the other things I would have spent my money on.
  • 2. Date/Time: Activity: TRX Training at the YMCA with Comment/Suggestions: 10/25/11-12/15/11 Jeri Sue Simon and Lynn. Every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30 for 8 weeks Commentary: I the second eight weeks of my TRX training, all the movements came to me a lot easier. I was also very familiar with the exercises so I was able to perfect them and have better form. Each class, I did find problems with my shoulders however when I have to do planks which target my abs. However, these planks were putting a lot of strain on my wrists and shoulders so I knew I had to strengthen those parts of my body. I also tried to challenge myself more in this second eight weeks period by doing moves more at an angle and holding certain positions for a longer period of time. Although the cost for the class is high at 100 dollars for eight weeks, I was willing to pay my money towards this instead for medicine for being sick or unhealthy.
  • 3. Date/Time: Activity: Worked on information to put Comment/Suggestions: 10/1/11 together in book outside of gym with 2 hours facilitator. Commentary: Jeri Sue, my mother, and I all went shopping for ways to put all the information I have learned and will learn for my training in TRX and RIPPED. We chose to do a short information book on all different moves in each section of RIPPED, TRX, and also add facts about food and nutrition into the book because that plays a major role in your health also. We found that in order to put together a book, I need to gather information, set up the power point, and then we place it into a book at Kinko’s. This is not very expensive, and is a reasonable price for my product.
  • 4. Date/Time: Activity: I went to, Harry’s Whole Food Comment/Suggestions: 10/15/11 Market to get my supply of fresh organic 5:00 to 6:30 foods and drinks. Commentary: When I first started really paying attention to the nutrition in my food, I realized the changes at I needed to make. At Harry’s, we invested a lot of money into our food. “Our” being my mother and me. We found that eating truly healthy and shopping at markets is a lot more expensive then regular grocery stores. At this point, my mom and I figured out the budget for our food. We needed to save a certain amount of money each time we both got our paychecks for this annual grocery trip. It was a sacrifice that we were both willing to make. We got the list of foods, grains, and drinks from several sources. One being my brother who is a nutritionist. Second, from Jeri Sue, and also from nutritionists that work at the Harry’s.
  • 5. Date/Time: Activity: Comment/Suggestions: 12/15/11 RIPPED training class with Jeri Sue. From 5:45 to 6:45 every Wednesday. Commentary: When I attended my first RIPPED class, I knew that I was going to be winded by the end of the period. Two guys that were both published in, Body Builder magazine invented this class. They are from personal trainers out in California and were also music producers, so I was very motivated to take the class. Each section was a little difficult for me in my first class but I was able to finish. Resistance, Interval, Power, Pliametrix, Endurance, and Diet are each part to the RIPPED exercise. To me, the hardest is Power because it takes a lot of upper body strength. I found that my favorite part is the Endurance part because there is a lot of boxing involved. I also loved that at the end of the class, Jeri Sue gave everybody in the class facts about diet that can help with your cholesterol, heart rate, energy level, and other nutritional facts.

Date/Time: Activity: Worked on taking pictures for Comment/Suggestions: 4/1/12 the TRX part of my Diary 3:00-6:00 Commentary: During this time period, Jeri Sue and I talked a lot about nutrition and health. She has just started being apart of the RVLUTION Venice Diet team. She was telling me all about how I could become a seller and nutritionist with this program. Mark Mcdonald, who is Chelsea Lately’s nutritionist is the leader of this program and her team. We talked about the foods and drinks in my book. We also took pictures of TRX training outside, hooking the rope to a tree. The pictures turned out great and fit perfectly into my food and exercise diary.
  • 7. Date/Time: Activity: Finished up touch ups for my Comment/Suggestions: 4/3/12 food diary. 12:00-3:00 Commentary: During this period, I edited wording, phrases, picture placing, and the credits page.
