Laura Koch created a product in the form of a book documenting her experiences with TRX training, RIPPED classes, and healthy eating from 2011-2012. Over this period she participated in weekly TRX and RIPPED classes, researched nutrition for her book, and took pictures to include. The book covers different exercises from each program and includes nutrition facts. Creating the book allowed Laura to organize what she learned about her training and diet into a concise reference guide.
