1. Product Development Specialist
He/she shall develop and manage the corporate product portfolio: software, hardware
and services. Reporting to Sales Director.
Responsible for:
• development of products, strategies, and business plans for upcoming products
• watching the market trends to develop plans that will increase sales, establish
deadlines, and ensure the product development teams are on schedule
• communication with other departments and vendors on the status of the
product, as well as provide clear guidelines for the project and solicit and
incorporate feedback
• development of prototypes and document product specifications
• evaluation of consumer preferences and turn them into recommendations for
product enhancement or innovation
• development and implementation of operational guidelines and objectives for the
product portfolio
• research and production of reports on the state of the industry, trend forecasts,
and competitive analysis
Requirements:
• bachelor's degree in technology, business, economics or marketing
• three years of experience with product development
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• strong problem-solving, and good analytical skills
• good time management, organizational, and planning skills
• proficient with Microsoft Office
