Software Development Team Lead
He/she is in charge of coordination of software development activities. Reporting to
Software Development Director.
Responsible for:
• coordination of software development (SWD) teams
• gathering and analyses of requirements and solution design
• assigning of work to SWD staff
• QA and coordination of testing activities
• configuration and change management
• documentation delivery
• hiring and training SWD staff
• coordination of training activities for the customers
• pre-sale support
Requirements:
• SWD solution architecture
• bachelor's degree in computer science or math
• three years of experience with software development in java
• experience with frontend technologies as AngularJS, React
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• strong problem-solving, and good analytical skills
• leadership and management skills
• good time management, organizational, and planning skills
• proficient with Microsoft Office
