1. Sales Team Lead
He/she shall oversee the sales force at the company. Reporting to Sales Director.
Responsible for:
• assistance with the development and implementation of the corporate sale
strategy
• hiring and training sales force
• working with the sales team to ensure they meet goals and targets
• compiling data from the sales team to present to upper management
• strategic planning or developing effective sales approaches
• assistance with development, implementation and evaluation of marketing
activities
• coordination of procurement analyses and bid management
• maintenance of the corporate portfolio of experts, references, certificates and
other procurement requirements
Requirements:
• bachelor's degree in technology, business, economics or marketing
• three years of experience with sales
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• strong problem-solving, and good analytical skills
• leadership and management skills
• good time management, organizational, and planning skills
• proficient with Microsoft Office
