The scope of this survey is to
investigate the way various kinds of
restaurants in Edessa process the
cooking oils, after they have cooked
with them, and whether the
customers choose to take their
doggie bag or leave their leftovers
on the table of the restaurants.
The tool we used for our survey was a
questionnaire, which was edited and
distributed by the students of the
EASY Erasmus+ project group of 1st
Vocational School (EPAL) of Edessa.
We analysed the answers after
we had retrieved the
questionnaires.
The investigating questions
 1.How would you rate the customers’ orders
comparing them to the previous years?(in terms
of quantity)
