The document summarizes an Erasmus+ exchange program between 1st EPAL of Edessa, Greece and schools in Reunion Island, France, Biella, Italy, and Kula, Bulgaria from 2016-2018. The objectives of the program were to exchange expertise on local food, culinary habits, school gardens and food processing. Students experienced the local culture and improved their English, digital and Greek language skills. They presented on their school garden and local foods digitally and in partner countries.
