requirement standard.
 Participate the sample process (Pre order sample development) meeting and
discus about the product development process and its quality related points and
confirm all the criteria while making sampling.
 Participate the order process meeting and discuss about the quality issues with
Production Manger and team and short out the issues before starting the bulk.
 Managing my sub ordinate to all the area of inspections on daily basis with
company systems.
 Company Quality system starts from following inspection and all the inspection
done by our sub ordinate, this will monitor by me.

2.  Conduct the meeting on daily basis and discuss with sub ordinate about the
product issues in the morning before starting the work.
 Checking the protocols of all the orders whether all the products have been meet
out the requirement buyer standard or not.
 Set the quality standard with requirement standard to all the section to avoid the
any kind of quality issues.
 Motivate the vendor about quality parameters as per the buyer requirement
 Visit the external processing unit for the bulk production spot CA & DA.
 All the inspection will be carried out AQL standard.
 Daily report will send to Head Operation Manager for all the order inspection
status and any significant issues.
 External inspection agency co ordination.
 Weekly production review meeting with all section wise Manager and short out
any schedules delay.
 Drive towards company system equal to ISO certification and control Total
Quality Management.
