The document outlines major changes to the organization including shifting its mission, improving processes and jobs, and creating new positions. Due to a need for programmers on an upcoming project and changes in the relationship with testers, the unit may close if a new mission is not found. The organization will offer retraining opportunities and incentives to transition employees to new roles or departments, with thirty employees to begin programming training in November and December to start their new roles on January 1, 2019.

Editor's Notes
The why of the change will give servicemen and other stakeholders the necessity of developing programs that will provide jobs. The use of computer programming skills is very marketable in the army and will improve workers ability to move into different areas.
Because of the discontinuation of computer programmers, the 101st will take on the responsibility of programming. Choosing thirty servicemen to participate in the program will allow many to stay in their own unt.
The 101st see this as an opportunity for workers to transitioned to new jobs. A move to different departments. Will allow new experiences and assist in learning new skills.
Three departments will be established with anticipated date of January 1st to begin transition of all staff.Three departments will be commissioned IT, equipment maintenenace, and the thirty programmers.
