which create meaning. Codes can be divided into two categories –
technical and symbolic. Technical codes are all the ways in which
equipment is used to tell the story in a media text, for example the
camera work in a film.

simple and in block form so that it is easy to read and so that it does not look funky.

with a low key light

The main cover lines give a small introduction about the
articles inside the magazine the cover lines are also
written in simple text to make the magazine look more
classy the main cover lines usually consist of a brief
description about the main image and the content like
the cover lines in these magazines say "back to basic" "
prefab now" which gives the reader an idea that this
magazine will mainly consist of modern architecture
6. Puffs
A puff is a shape which contains a eye
catching phrase which gives a small sneak
peak of the content in the magazine and is
usually to attract the reader by giving a small
sneak peak about the articles.
