What do we accomplish in Human services? We help so many people to live productive lives and to make it work out so that they are able to live with their families. Even being Low-income does not affect them. They want to work but they don't always have the skills to find the right jobs, and this is where we come in because we can train them. Cultures are equal to all of us.

• MY program will address the elderly because so
many are lost because they don't have family to
help them out when they need help and what to
do to get it. My program will have the employees
for the different areas that we will need to help.

• Boundry management concerns the ways that individuals
create, maintain, or change boundaries, in order to
effectively navigate the world around them, including their
work and nonwork roles. For example the role of worker is
commonly enacted at a place of work and during specified
hours.

FOR HUMAN SERVICES
• There are many programs that provide funding
for human services. The U.S. Department of Health
and Human Services (HHS).
• There is also Human Services Block Grant
Program estaablished by Act 80 of 2012 for
the purposing of allocatingfunds to select county
governments to provide locally identified county-
bbased human services to meet the service
needs of county residents.

• We have to know what steps we will take for funding
because this funding has major implication for the planning
and budgeting process as well as for the way the agency's
accountability is pervceived.

• Train in small groups
• Train for short periods of time
• Make sure workers have access to computers
and software at their work site before training
• Do not interrupt trainingwith other work
• Have workers take classes appropriate for their
level of competence
• Give new computer users time to practice their
skills
• Use the buddy system for training

8. PROGRAM EVALUATION IS A SYSTEMATIC
METHOD FOR COLLECTING ANALYZING, AND
USING INFORMATION TO ANSWER QUESTIONS
ABOUT PROJECTS, POLICIES, AND PROGRAMS.
• Most cases both process and outcome methods would be
used, with the process component focusing on the nature of
program implementation and services delivered, and the
outcome focus assessing impacts.
• Using quantative methods because they are used for
gathering data.
• Qualitative methods include interviews with open-ended
questions.
