Intrusion Detection and Countermeasure in Virtual Network Systems Using NICE ...IJERA Editor
The cloud computing has increased in many organizations. It provides many benefits in terms of low cost and accessibility of data. Ensuring the security of cloud computing is a major factor in the cloud computing environment, as users often store sensitive information with cloud storage providers but these providers may be untrusted. In this project we propose anIntrusion Detection and Countermeasure in Virtual Network Systems mechanism called NICE to prevent vulnerable virtual machines from being compromised in the cloud. NICE detects and mitigates collaborative attacks in the cloud virtual networking environment. The system performance evaluation demonstrates the feasibility of NICE and shows that the proposed solution can significantly reduce the risk of the cloud system from being exploited and abused by internal and external attackers.

The methodology for characterization of biomaterial is the source of signal, Biomaterial and the response detector. The high frequency ultrasonic signal generator generates signals of high frequency suitable for biomaterial characterization. In this system, Ultrasonic signals are made to fall on the biomaterial to be characterized. While passing through the biomaterial, the ultrasonic signals are absorbed, reflected and scattered along different directions. The transmitted and reflected received signals are sense and detect by receiving transducer. The sensor produces proportional current in microamperes. This current will be applied to sensing circuit, which converts current into proportional amplified voltage with the help of Op-Amp. An Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) converts analog signal into digital signal. This digital signal provides data to a computer. Data acquisition circuit interconnects the PC and driver software to which the data is input. Driver software makes NI LabVIEW to interact with hardware. The PC with LabVIEW platform is used to study characteristics of the biomaterials.

Analytical framework for optimized feature extraction for upgrading occupancy...IJECEIAES
The adoption of the occupancy sensors has become an inevitable in commercial and non-commercial security devices, owing to their proficiency in the energy management. It has been found that the usages of conventional sensors is shrouded with operational problems, hence the use of the Doppler radar offers better mitigation of such problems. However, the usage of Doppler radar towards occupancy sensing in existing system is found to be very much in infancy stage. Moreover, the performance of monitoring using Doppler radar is yet to be improved more. Therefore, this paper introduces a simplified framework for enriching the event sensing performance by efficient selection of minimal robust attributes using Doppler radar. Adoption of analytical methodology has been carried out to find that different machine learning approaches could be further used for improving the accuracy performance for the feature that has been extracted in the proposed system of occuancy system.

Context-Aware Energy Conserving Routing Algorithm for Internet of Things IJCNCJournal
ABSTRACT
Internet of Things (IoT) is the fast- growing technology, mostly used in smart mobile devices such as notebooks, tablets, personal digital assistants (PDA), smartphones, etc. Due to its dynamic nature and the limited battery power of the IoT enabled smart mobile nodes, the communication links between intermediate relay nodes may fail frequently, thus affecting the routing performance of the network and also the availability of the nodes. Existing algorithm does not concentrate about communication links and battery power/energy, but these node links are a very important factor for improving the quality of routing in IoT. In this paper, Context-aware Energy Conserving Algorithm for routing (CECA) was proposed which employs QoS routing metrics like Inter-Meeting Time and residual energy and has been applied to IoT enabled smart mobile devices using different technologies with different micro controller which resulted in an increased network lifetime, throughput and reduced control overhead and the end to end delay. Simulation results show that, with respect to the speed of the mobile nodes from 2 to 10m/s, CECA increases the network lifetime, thereby increasing the average residual energy by 11.1% and increasing throughput there by reduces the average end to end delay by 14.1% over the Energy-Efficient Probabilistic
Routing (EEPR) algorithm. With respect to the number of nodes increases from 10 to 100 nodes, CECA algorithms increase the average residual energy by16.1 % reduces the average end to end delay by 15.9% and control overhead by 23.7% over the existing EEPR.

WSN nodes power consumption using multihop routing protocol for illegal cutti...TELKOMNIKA JOURNAL
The need for an automation system from a remote area cannot be separated from the role of the wireless sensor network. However, the battery consumption is still a problem that influences the lifetime of the system. This research focused on studying how to characterize the power consumption on each sensor node using multihop routing protocol in the illegal logging field, to get the prediction lifetime of the network. The system is designed by using six sensor nodes in a master-slave connection and implemented in a tree topology. Each sensor node is consisting of a sound sensor, vibration sensor, Xbee communication, current and voltage sensor, and Arduino nano. The system is tested using battery 10050 mAH with several scenarios to have calculated how long the battery lifetime can be predicted. The results stated that the master node on the network depleted the power of the battery faster than the slave node since the more slaves connected to the master, the more energy the battery consumes.

A novel and innovative method for designing of rf mems deviceseSAT Journals
Abstract
The design complexity of the RF MEMS devices is increasing with fast rate, which require more accurate designing and simulation techniques. With upcoming technologies accurate simulation capability is a necessity for designing smaller chips. When devices are designed at nano scale, it presents a number of unique challenges. As the scale of the individual device decreases and the complexity of the physical structure increases, the nature of the device characteristics depart from those obtained from many of the classically held modeling concepts. Furthermore, the difficulty encountered in performing measurements on these devices means we have to put more emphasis on the results obtained from theoretical characteristics. Modeling also allows new device structures to be rigorously investigated prior to fabrication. This paper reports a novel and innovative method of design and simulation of MEMS based inductor by the method of co-simulation.

Industrial revolution worldwide. It has resulted in social changes too and raised the standard of living we examine a future distribution system capable of solving problems caused by the connection of numerous distributed generators. A supervisory-control-and-data-acquisition (SCADA) system for this distribution system should be economical, flexible, and reliable, and should execute a real-time process. In this seminar report, we propose a SCADA system using mobile agents for flexibility. In addition, we show two types of communication protocols that make agent migration more fault-tolerant, and perform experiments where the SCADA system executes earth fault protection within the required time. These results indicate that the SCADA system based on our proposed technologies should be capable of fulfilling the real-time processing requirement.
While writing the report on my seminar, I was wondering that Science and technology are as ever expanding field and the engineers working hard day and night and make the life a gift for us

may be able to handle data rates as high as 50 M Samples per
second where each sample is 16 bits wide. Thus, the speed
will be essentially limited by the A to D conversion rate. All
internal operations are in 32bit floating point format.
