This document provides a summary of the prefixed letters (Huroof ul Muqatta'at) that appear at the beginning of some chapters in the Quran. It discusses how these letters are related to attributes of Allah, themes of the chapters, and words and concepts within the chapters. As an example, it analyzes the connections between the letter Qaf, which prefixes Surah 50, and various attributes of Allah like Al-Qayyum and Al-Qadir. It also lists many words from the surah that contain the letter Qaf, like Quran, to demonstrate the relationships. The purpose is to explain how these mysterious letters are meaningfully linked to the chapters they preface.

As the Quran was being revealed, the Prophet Muhammad made special arrangements to ensure that it was written down.

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.

He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.

61. SIGNIFICANCE
• The significance of this is linguistically clear:
• The Letter Qaf has historical, Phonological, thematic and
semantic connection with the different subjects put
together in the surah Qaf.
62. CONCLUSIONS
• The letter Qaf is historically related to death in the Arabic language. Kohe Qaf
• It is biologically related to death as the last sounds and the jugular vein.
• The letter is uttered closer to the jugular vein : the departing soul’s last
abode.
• Allah’s names related with Qaf point to the desired qualities related to Qaf.
• The phrases and sentences in the surah and surah Qiyamah point to this fact.
• The whole surah is replete with this theme.
• The whole Qur’an points to the end of man which has to be taken care of.
