Adventure travel company
-company has been providing packages under trekking, peak
climbing, adventure travel, expedition, tours and research for
individuals and small groups as well as the larger parties
-Every year it operates more than 500 tours, 300 trekking and
hundreds of private trip as well as group trip in Nepal and other
country like Bhutan, Tibet etc.

- To gain practical experience of the jobs carried out in the
operation department of EETE.
-To know insight of how travel and trekking company operates
-To compare the theoretical knowledge of operation with the
practical experiences carried out at the service industry
- To find out issue and challenges of travel, trekking and
expedition company.

LEARNINGS:
 Communication and coordination skills equally important for the success of
the service industry like Travel and Tourism.
 safety of tourist during the trip is most important factor for travel industry
 well Distribution of responsibility and authority among the field staff
( travel and trekking guides, group leader , support climber ) makes every trip
safe and successful
 to customize the tour and expedition with proper safety and optimum
utilization of available budget

The internship program was realized as an effective in bridging the gap
between class lectures/theories and practice status in the ground especially in
service industry.
Internee has gained knowledge and field experience about the operation
and marketing Practice for travel and trekking company.
 what are the prevailing challenges and opportunity of tourism in Nepal as
well as current situation of travel industry.
