2. Students are to: Plan a presentation outlining what healthy living is, how it can be achieved and what stops some people achieving it. You will also be required to develop a range of resources. Tools, programs aimed at school aged children to help educate them on healthy living. See below for more details.
3. Presentation You are required to give a creative and engaging presentation to an audience of peers and health experts
5. Presentation Guidelines Presentations should be well prepared and students should ‘know’ what they are talking about. This means that you shouldn’t be reading but talking as naturally as possibly when presenting. Your presentation should be planned and rehearsed so each person knows their part.
6. Presentations should address the main question: “How do you ensure that you never end up a contestant on “The Biggest Loser”?
7. The presentation should include a plan that targets school aged children about healthy living. What their program will teach students and what they will use/how they will teach it.
8. Examples of programs/resources that they will use to educate school students. These can be TV advertisements, radio advertisements, educational resources including activity sheets with a focus on healthy living.
