Sophie created media products to raise awareness of child abuse by making the imagery realistic but not shocking. Based on feedback, she would add more facts about abuse, clarify the narrative and intentions, change fonts and images, and add sound effects. For future projects, she plans to manage her time better by setting personal deadlines.

2. I decided to make my final outcome based around preventing child abuse, as it is an issue that I feel I now often overlooked as most awareness adverts are based around drug abuse and binge drinking.

3. The original intention of the two media products were to raise awareness to child abuse and that there is something that everyone could do to help stop it if they suspect it. The intentions of the imagery wasn’t to shock the audience into doing something about suspected abuse but to make the imagery look realistic like it was something that was an everyday occurrence.

4. The changes that I would make given from the audiences responses based on the feedback that I received from the questionnaires are to add more information to the media products such as facts about child abuse, make the narrative of the advert more clear, change the style of the font to make it more effective, change the images to something more appropriate, add sound effects/ background noise to the advert, make the intentions of products more clear. I also would try and overall be more creative and imaginative when planning the final outcome.

5. During this unit although I have had to work to a deadline I haven’t really managed my time as well as I could have. Throughout the unit I should have set myself personal deadlines within certain times to make sure that the tasks that needed to be completed were done within a time limit this would have then made sure my work was completed before the deadline then I could make any changes that would be needed to improve the standard of my work and help me receive a higher grade.
