1. Two Initial Ideas
My first two ideas were a sports debate talk show and a
generic hip hop music radio show. I decided to choose
the hip hop show as it would be better for drivers when
on long journeys as it plays music all day instead of a
sports show which is only for 4 hrs.

• The genre of the show would be Hip hop and Rap as said in the title of the show.
• The style of music played would be old school rap like Tupac and Biggie and Big L along with
others and would also be a lot of modern music such as Lil Uzi Vert and Lil Yachty and Rae
Sremmurd and Drake and much more.

3. Scheduling Information
• This radio show would be on 24 Hours every day except for Sundays and this is useful for
people who drive for a long time.
• This is why there will be a wide range of songs so the songs don’t get repeated too much.
• The show would be in Car radios but also will be streaming on the website on Google and
also there will be an app for phones and tablets.
• The frequency for the show will be 24.1.

4. Target Audience
• The main focus of audience would be 16-36 as this is the age group that listens to
rap and hip hop music while driving as most people that are older than that age
listen to talk shows.
• The socio economic groups would be E – C2 and this is because I think these are the
type of class people that would listen to a rap and hip hop radio show for a long trip.

5. Post Production
• After the show is completed production there will be an app for phones and
tablets and also a website where you can stream the radio show along with the
traditional car radio.
• Their will be a Twitter and Instagram profile for the radio show where you can get
in touch with the show and ask your questions which may get answered between
songs. On the instagram their will be photos and videos of what's going on in the
studio.
