To extend the reach and success of this program into the important stakeholder group of high performing Ontario firms, the February 2008 event marked the first Wisdom Exchange in Ottawa, giving CEOs and presidents the opportunity to network with peers from across the province.

Italy can greatly benefit from globalisation. This is well-known by the Italian entrepreneurs and workers who have made our country Europe’s second manufacturing
economy, and the world’s fifth. This is well-known by the consumers throughout the world who appreciate products “Made
in Italy” that have created a robust and widespread “demand for Italy”.
Opening up to globalisation does not just mean taking Italy to the world by exporting our products and investing in new
markets. It also means bringing the world to Italy. It means attracting capital, both financial and human, with which to
participate on an equal footing in the global creation of value, and in creating jobs, knowledge and growth for our citizens.
It is to meet this challenge that the Italian Government is launching Destinazione Italia (Destination Italy). Developed
in close coordination with the economic policy priorities set out in the Economic and Financial Planning Document,
Destinazione Italia establishes a set of measures to foster inbound investments in a cohesive and structural manner and
increase Italian companies’ competitiveness. These measures will be introduced to our legal system following a timescale on which the Government’s agenda will be based.
In its initial version, Destinazione Italia consists of 50 measures whose goal is to reform a broad range of sectors, from tax
to employment and civil justice to research; to enhance and build upon our assets; and to develop investment-focused
policies to promote our country at the international level. The Government is committed to translating these measures into
concrete provisions and laws and to begin monitoring their implementation on a weekly basis.
The Government undertakes to further analyse and implement the measures contained in Destinazione Italia in line with
the public finance planning documents and the economic and financial framework established by the Stability Law.
Destinazione Italia is a “living document”. The Government will be opening a three-week public consultation on this initial
version, “mark 0.5”, in which citizens, Italian and foreign business communities, business and other associations, trade
unions and experts will all have their say. The outcome will be Destinazione Italia version 1.0.

The Chord Group is the largest developer of knowledge-based Special Economic Free Zones in the world. With over 25 years’ experience, 22 offices around the world and over 500 professionals, we help create the top 1% of Special Economic Zones in the world.”
As an autonomous business, we are able to function with efficiency and flexibility. We have the scale to offer solutions to the complex demands of developing and emerging markets whilst recognizing the unique advantages and opportunities each location can provide for world leading organizations.
In addition to the enormous tax advantages and government concessions a Chord Zone offers, we also provide our clients access to Chord's Commodieites and Derivatives Exchange trading platform. We provide our clients the option to hedge their products against the peril of rising and falling world prices.
Our ultimate goal is to provide business the best opportunity possible to launch or expand a business internationally quickly and efficiently.
However, one of the greatest challenges in emerging markets has always been access to solid, reliable banking in developing nations. Now Chord clients have the option to bank with Chord EquiBank (registration Cayman Islands). Chord EquiBank is proving solutions for the next generation of financial banking services.
We believe that the potential for the free zone model to transform local and regional economies is enormous, as we have already seen in with the zones we have been involved with. Over time, the free zone model has increased trade and investment flows between countries and created millions of businesses in the process.

Crucial conditions were identified in the changing-process of development and growing of the European Megacities (overpopulation, limited amount of resources, congestion of infrastructure, penetration of new ITC, etc.) these situations created an ideal scenario for Motio Development to identify design opportunities in order to contribute to the sustainable development.
A set of three basic steps (analysis, concept discovery and concept design) was completed following a novel approach from the TUDelft called Vision in Product Design. A literature research was conducted with the intention to define the mission statement of the system and the vehicle and a set of design-oriented user research toolkits were used, e.g. naturalistic observation, “mobility diary”, focus group, user analysis and personas, creative session, role playing and low fi prototype.
The final result is ITO (Integral • Transport • O emissions) that is a family of fully low floor, modular and light-weight cyber cars, minibuses and buses with electric propulsion for a flexible range of passengers. Using existing infrastructure this set of cars can fill the gap between private vehicles and public city buses offering an uplifting journey in a comfortable vehicle that is part of an efficient and flexible i.p.t. The interior design answers the entire passenger’s needs and expectations creating a unique experience thanks to different and sophisticated communication systems. This portfolio of buses was designed in five different sizes divided in three categories.
ITO cyber-car. These cars can be used in public transport for the city center, in suburbs or for private uses in airports, hospitals and factories. Its dimensions and weight allow it to transport 16 passengers or less in small and sensitive areas of the city. Ideally the car would be used as fixed route transit bus in “protected areas” within the city. ITO minibuses. These cars can be used in public transport for the city center, inner city or suburbs. Thanks to its dimensions and its weight these vehicles can transport between 16 and 28 passengers. Ideally the model “m” can be implemented within the city centre or suburbs and the model “l” would be used to communicate the city centre to the conurbation crossing the inner city as fixed route transit bus or flexible demand responsive transport vehicles. Accessible minibuses can also be used for paratransit type services, by local authorities, transit operators, hospitals or charities. ITO plus buses. Exclusively in public transportation they offer a flexible solution in order to be used within the conurbation of the city or to communicate the city centre to the suburbs crossing the inner city and the conurbation as fixed route transit bus. Thanks to its dimensions and its weight vehicles can transport between 52 and 70 passengers.
The new paradigmatic journey is the trip that offers a new uplifting experience in a comfortable vehicle (ITO). The vehicle is part of an efficient and flexible transportation network following the principles of co-modality (i.p.t. + private car or others like: car pooling, car sharing) at the “first and last mile” in a European Megacity.

ITC is the joint agency of the World Trade Organization and the United Nations.
ITC's Annual Report provides a broad overview of what the organization accomplished in 2016. It briefly describes the work of each of ITC’s 15 programmes to help achieve the Sustainable Development Goals by leveraging the power of regional and international markets for inclusive growth and job creation. A dozen case studies illustrate how ITC projects created trade impact for good from Haiti to Myanmar.
The report will serve as the basis for discussions at the 10 July session of the ITC Joint Advisory Group, where government delegates will review the agency’s work, and make recommendations for its future operations to its parent organizations, the United Nations and the World Trade Organization.
Some highlights from 2016: Despite a complex political and financial context, ITC remained focused on delivering thought leadership, technical assistance and capacity building to make trade work for the 99%. The second edition of the SME Competitiveness Outlook, ITC’s annual flagship report, shed light on how governments could best help small and medium-sized enterprises overcome non-tariff measures and make the most of existing market access opportunities. By the end of 2016, signatories to ITC’s SheTrades had collectively pledged to connect 600,000 women entrepreneurs to markets by 2020. Internally, ITC progressed further towards its goal of gender parity at all levels.
BUSINESS INCUBATION AS ELEMENT OF BUSINESS SERVICE INSTITUTION AND SME DEVEL...Vasily Ryzhonkov
The core of the political and economic transformation of any country in transition (CIT) is
the creation of the private sector, the development of entrepreneurship and creation of small and
medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). They are consideredto be one of the principal driving forces in
economic development. SMEs stimulate private ownership and entrepreneurial skills, they are
flexible and can adapt quickly to changing market demand and supply situations, they generate
employment, help diversify economic activity and make a significant contribution to exports and
trade. SMEs also play an important role in innovation and the high-tech business, due to their
flexibility and creativity many of them became large businesses. In this process emphasis should be
laid on creation of a business friendly environment in which the transformation of the society
towards a market economy should be taken place

It is mention-able here that, “Entropia” is an organization/ platform for one stop solution(Consisting with Local and International reputed consulting firms) for all business, industry & financial enterprise. The organization deals with following services towards its present and prospective customers.
Colombia has been transformed into the third country with the best business environment in L.A.; however, investment in Research, Development, and Innovation is only 0,2% of the Gross Domestic Product. Taking into account that 98% of the Colombian enterprises are Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), from which 5% invest only 2% of its annual budget in design, the National Industrial Design Program (MinCIT) saw the need to develop the Integral Design Tutoring Model. The model makes a bet for empathy and emotional intimacy as tools to transfer the necessary knowledge so that the local businessperson develops an innovation culture based on design thinking. To test the model, the Integral Design Tutoring Project was developed as a pilot. This four months project allowed an interdisciplinary team, conducted by designers, to accompany twenty SMEs. Through a process developed in three stages it was possible to prove that, through empathy and emotional intimacy, one can achieve knowledge transfer to business people and their organizations in an effective, efficient and fruitful way. This knowledge transfer allows the enterprise to develop human-centered design processes in a systematic, independent and autonomous way.

Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

Innovation consists in creating new ways of
