2. Public: eighth graders
• This blog is addressed to eighth graders in a public school

3. Institution and social issues
• Inem José Félix de Restrepo is a public school located in poblado's
neighborhood.
• Students are between twelve and fifteen years old. Most of the social classes
are there; into the classroom is evidenced. There is a lack of motivation
about English, the do not like the class and, they are not able to speak.
• Depending on the field students belong, they have hours per week, between
three and four hours.

4. Communicative competence
• Students are teenagers but, they do not have the fluency and the capacity of
speaking. The idea with this blog is to increase their fluency and speech; I
want them to speak connecting ideas more than isolated sentences.

5. Topic: Introducing myself!
• Students will be able to talk about their preferences, likes, dislikes and
everything related with them.

6. Resources
• This blog will include vocabulary about types of music, sports, movies,
actors/actress, colors, food, places, etc.
• There will be videos of how to introduce and to share preferences.
• Mind maps with vocabulary
• Certain games for practicing grammar.
