My preliminary task is to produce the front page and contents
page of a school based magazine.
The front page has to have medium close-up shot of a student.
I have to think about my target audience, for example will it be
for parents, visitors or students.

3. Initial ideas
I want o make a magazine which helps students with
going to
University and gives them advise. It also should
entertain the
Students, for example with interviews.
That’s why I took a look at the front page of a
magazine which is
made especially for students, which is called “TNS”.
I going to make the front page of my school based
magazine look

4. Target audience
My target audience is going to be the students from sixth-
form.
So I have to edit my front page in a way that it attracts to
students from the age of 16 to the age of 18.
It also could attract to pupils from year 11 who want to go to
sixth form.
