Core Responsibilities:
 Manage the eAccess /Seibel requests and resolves all ADP Client issues and provides support
to all the Client Service Centers.
 Working with 52 different state tax agencies and adding the client state tax profile.
 Updating the client header information related State income tax and State unemployment
Insurance taxes.
 This involves in dealing with client sensitive data such as Tax rates, frequencies and their
identification numbers.
